If you have any questions about your billing process please contact your BBGCI representative that you are working for and they will help you.
Every year, you will be required to log onto the website and update your statistical data by the end of the 1st quarter for review.
Finally; please note that anytime during the year, you could be subject to have an independent third-party loss control consultant conduct an audit on the information provided for verification purposes.
